Kim Victoria Cattrall born 21 August 1956 is a British Canadian actor from Canada. Best known for the part of Samantha Jones in the HBO Sex and the City series for which she was nominated for five Emmy Awards as well as four Golden Globe Award, winning the Golden Globe 2002 for the top supporting actor. The role was reprised in the film Sex and the City (2008) and Sex and the City 2 (2010). Also known for the films Porky's and Porky's from 1980, as well her role in Police Academy Big Trouble Little China Mannequin. Kim Cattrall's role in the HBO TV comedy Sex & the City is her most memorable role. Cattrall is well-known as an actor whose role as Samantha Jones in the popular TV show Sex & The City was a turning stage for her career. She became a national star and gained international recognition by appearing on the sitcom. Anita Ekberg...................Anita Ekberg was a Swedish actress who appeared in several European as well as American films. Her most famous role is her role in the dramatic comedy La Dolce Vita. The film won an Oscar as well as the Golden Palm by the Cannes Film Festival. The film also enjoyed commercial and critical successes. Born in Sweden in the city of Skane, she was a model prior to her acting career. She eventually won the Miss Sweden contest. After she left Sweden for the US and was featured in numerous films as a small part before her professional career took off. She was the Venusian guard in Abbott and Costello Go to Mars, her first credit performance. In the following year following her appearance as a newcomer for the film Blood Alley she was awarded the Golden Globe in the most exciting category.
